by Damon on September 1, 2009

Time cannot be replaced. Once it has passed, it is gone forever. FOREVER!

This is why the most successful executives, business owners, and employees learn time management skills to be effective at work. They understand that they want/need to focus on producing results with the time they have to the business will succeed.

There are 3 things that successful time managers do to increase their time management skills:

1. Recording time
2. Managing time
3. Consolidating time

Start recording your time each day at work, manage your time, and then consolidate your time to complete only the most important tasks and duties. As you time management skills increase using these three methods, you will find more time to be productive and stop using your time on meaningless tasks and duties.
